small bath lukewarm water

The room looked okay, but the bathroom was a strange setup. the bath was small, and the toilet felt crammed into a corner. it really needs an update. also, the hot water wasn't working on the first night. Only lukewarm water came out. i told reception, but they acted like i was the only one complaining. they tried to get a plumber, but blamed the bank holiday. it reminded me of an excuse.

convenient location friendly staff

the standard twin room was very very comfy and tidy it included tea and coffee facilities. the reception staff were very friendly and cute. the proximity to shops and supermarkets was convenient.

the bathroom door did not close or open properly the shower was too small and the plumbing was noisy.

the restaurant had a varied menu. the food quality from the restaurant exceeded my expectations. the location was close to the seafront.

comfortable room evening sun amazing views

i found the room quite comfortable. the restaurant terrace offers a nice location to enjoy the evening sun and the views across the sea were amazing. i had a good evening meal, especially since it was a busy weekend. the chef and his team worked very hard, and i commend them for it.

the drink prices were slightly high, but that is a common issue in many hotels.

My room was very clean. The bathroom facilities were perfect. I was happy with the sensible prices charged.

The reception was unattended at check-in. The key card did not work initially. I had to wait in a queue to resolve the issue. The room soundproofing was poor. I could hear noise from next door.
